Cancellation

You can cancel your TOOOLS Pro subscription at any time through the subscription-management portal available in your account. Cancellation prevents future renewals.

Access after cancellation

After cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of your current trial or paid billing period. It does not end immediately when you cancel.

Refunds

Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@toools.win with the email address used for your account and relevant billing details. We will review the issue with our payment provider, Polar, where needed.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version will always be published on this page.
