By using TOOOLS (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

The service provides subscription-based online utilities that run in your web browser. Tools process your files locally on your device and are provided as-is, without any guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to process content you do not have the rights to, to violate any applicable law, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

No professional claims

Tools are general-purpose utilities. Features such as visual PDF signatures are convenience features and do not constitute legally verified digital-signature, identity-verification, accounting, tax, or compliance services. Always verify important output before relying on it.

Subscriptions

A 7-day TOOOLS Pro trial and subsequent TOOOLS Pro subscriptions provide access to the tools and limits listed on the pricing page. Checkout and subscription management are provided by Polar. Billing renews at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Cancellation preserves access until the end of the active trial or billing period; applicable taxes and purchase terms are presented at checkout. See our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the files and data you process. We claim no ownership over your content. The service itself, including its design and code, is owned by its operators.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or processing errors. Keep backups of important files.

Changes

We may modify the service or these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
